We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through your PayPal account.


While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because almost all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

If an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, you must return the item within 5 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. Please contact us for an RA# and once received, clearly indicate this on the outside of your return package. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

Please contact us regarding any repairs due to normal wear and tear.


As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized orders may take longer.

Domestic Orders

All US orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Shipping fees per order are as follows:

  • Continental US
    • UPS Ground: $10
    • UPS 2-Day: $25
    • Alaska or Hawaii
      • UPS Ground: $20
      • UPS 2-Day: $40

      International Orders

      International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS depending upon the shipping restrictions for particular countries. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days plus any time required to clear customs.

      Shipping fees per international orders are as follows:

      • Canada: $35
      • All other countries: $50

      Please be advised that if you are shipping to destinations outside the United States, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

      Shipping Insurance and Other Expedited Shipping Options

      We are happy to arrange for insurance on these items for an additional fee, and will also work with you in the event you have other expedited shipping needs.

      We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of California. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

      Custom Lengths of Chains and Bracelets

      We offer alternate standard lengths on any of our necklaces (16", 18", 20", 22" and 24"). Bracelets and rings may be customized to fit any wrist size. Please contact us at sales@jenniekwondesigns.com to discuss pricing.

      Jewelry Care

      As our pieces are delicate in nature, they should be treated accordingly. Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, as stones are meticulously and precisely set, and may pop out of their settings if shifted in any way. Pieces with colored stones should be removed from the body when showering or swimming and should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack.
